How long does a permit take?
It depends on the city and the project. We'll give you an estimated timeline for your city during design.
Do I have to use you for construction if you do my design?
No. You can hire us for design and permit drawings only, and take them to any licensed contractor.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Our California contractor license is CSLB # 1131578. You can check it at cslb.ca.gov.
What size projects do you take?

A family design-build firm
Palmstone Group is a small, family-run company in the Bay Area. An architect and a licensed contractor work together on every project, so the design is buildable and the build follows the design.
Niusha
Niusha holds a bachelor's degree in architecture and has more than 10 years of experience, including large commercial and healthcare projects at Bay Area architecture firms. She leads design, drafting and permit drawings on every Palmstone project.
Mehdi
Mehdi has a degree in civil engineering and 17 years of experience in construction. He holds our California contractor license (CSLB #1131578) and runs the field work, crews and subcontractors on every job.
Isha
Isha holds a master's degree in product design and works as a product designer. She manages client communication, project schedules and budgets, and the company's brand, so every client has one clear point of contact.
